Handmade 18kt rose gold vermeil ear cuff with heart shape natural brilliant-cut star set ruby lock. Discreet "lover" engraving on one side of the cuff, which could be worn on the inside, unseen behind the ear. 

Adjustable for different ear thicknesses. 

This piece is a part of the "Amanti" [translated as LOVERS] collection handcrafted in Rome, Italy. "Handmade in Italy with love" engraving on the inner side of the cuff.
