Handmade 18kt rose gold vermeil ear cuff with heart shape natural brilliant-cut star set blue sapphire lock. Discreet "lover" engraving on one side of the cuff, which could be worn on the inside, unseen behind the ear.

Adjustable for different ear thicknesses.
