Black high waist crushed velvet flare pants made with luxury crushed velvet fabric. Made with a contrast metallic brocade panel at ankle, thick elastic waistband, stretchy, body hugging fit, it so flattering and comfortable. Glitter free, Moop-free, iridescent sparkle will not fade.
